People like wood in living memory. It is familiar to us like nothing else. There is no trade of the last millennia that would be done without wood: as a tool bench, material, fuel and raw materials. Solid, broken, chipped, crushed, broken and burned; wood is indispensable. It warms and clothes us, protecting us against cold and heat. Crib and stable in Bethlehem were made of wood. Wood is composed of millions of cells, interspersed with insulating cavities and cell walls, absorbing moisture and leave. Floors, walls and furniture made of wood have the same properties and in our homes to ensure a healthy living environment.
Wood grows forever, we can use it sustainably. Wood products and climate
The forest is one driven by the sun chemical factory – its trees produce from the carbon dioxide (CO2) in the air, and water and nutrients from the soil, wood, bark and leaves. Incidentally, oxygen (O2) is released. Unlike human technology this happens smoothly, without waste and emissions, quiet, eco-friendly and fully automatic – not to speak of the beauty of this plant.
